157 Newmarket Road is our light, airy, non-smoking family home on the lovely tree-lined southern entrance to Norwich.
We are on the A11, convenient for the University of East Anglia, John Innes, Food Research Institute, Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, Norwich Union, Lotus Cars, the Sainsbury Centre and the Theatre Royal. The famous Norfolk Broads are just a short drive away and the East Coast with its beautiful sandy beaches can be reached in about 40 minutes.
Closer still is Norwich’s historic city centre with its cathedral, castle and Elm Hill just a 5-minute car journey away; however, if you prefer, take advantage of our ample parking, leave your car behind, and take a pleasant 20-minute stroll into town, or simply relax.

Our sunny double room has a queen-size bed, TV with Freeview, CD player/radio, desk, tea/coffee-making facilities, fluffy dressing gowns and a new en-suite bathroom with double shower.
The dual aspect twin room is bright and large. It also has a TV, CD player/radio, tea/coffee-making facilities, cosy dressing gowns and a private bathroom with power shower and bath.
We offer you a warm welcome, and a comfortable stay. Snuggle up under cosy duvets, on crisp Egyptian cotton sheets and then take breakfast in the sunny dining room before starting your day.
